  2. MIKIE, HELLOoooooo! Who’s listening anymore, surley not any of the usual suspects (DEMS)et al. Long ago when in grade school the saying was It’s like pissing up a drain pipe or into the ocean to raise the tide, the same goes for our current Reps. It seems the more we complain to them the more they tell us to fuck off, you don’t matter. Time to break out the pitch forks,clubs, torches and storm the Bastiel. ANYONE?

  4. It’s funny that all the Hillaristas who cried mysogyny every time some run-of-the-mill, ass-biting Hillary-hater said something unkind about Hillary haven’t really picked up on this one. It is conspicuously absent in their Obama-trashing blogs. Oh well. Who really cares?

    It speaks to a higher level of obscenity and hatred. Just like Cheney told that senator to “go f*** yourself!” I curse and rant way more than I should, but I have never put those three words together.

    The point is, once you call your wife the c-word, the magic is over.

  5. Did anyone catch the great promo add for 1700? I watched it being aired last night on the “Judge Judy time slot on that great KUSI piece of crap station. It opens with the promo. on the Mark Larson Show, Mark, perfectly quaffed, gave his best impersonation of Kermit for his morning show and me,waiting, anxiously, holding my breath for what was suppose to be, (Drum Roll)The Stacy Taylor Show” insted, a photo shopped picture of Stacy, looking like an Ax murderer coming from a fresh kill, exclaiming and with the other side of the story Stacy Taylor!! Iv’e never seen a more slanted poorly done add in my life. It has the finger prints of Kermit all over it. Sometimes I wonder why they took on the show if they weren’t going to give it the billing it deserves.

  6. Maybe FJ, no one has picked up on this because it’s old news. Heard and saw it months ago. I guess it’s good that it’s making its way into the main stream. I mean, if that’s what he really thinks of his wife, he probably thinks that of all women. Knife–do you really have to keep repeating that word? Really?

  8. One bad thing about Obama going for the presidency is that we’ll lose him as a senator.

    That’s a big silver lining to Clinton not campaigning anymore — Now she can concentrate on dealing with the business desperately needed in the Senate.

    When Ted Kennedy gave up in the 1980 presidential election against Carter, he was able to focus on the Senate and in the long run I think it worked out for the best. Maybe that’s Hillary’s future - The Lioness of the Senate…

    When Obama says some people are acting bitter the media goes on about it for weeks. Other examples abound. But when McCain says totally outrageous things or flip-flops or whatever, nothing much at all is said.

    That’s why this video is so hilarious. It’s spot-on about what our right-wing controlled media does to the Dems and liberals.

    He probably doesn’t think that of his wife or women in general, actually. But as Bob Sotheby (dailyhowler.com) says about the “cult of the offhand remark”, this is what the media has done to the Clintons and others over the years, if they’re not righties.

    Again, these things are what make this video so absolutely side-splitting.

  11. Hey FJ, I resemble that remark about anti-war, feminist, (however, I wouldn’t be caught dead in birkenstocks – I don’t care how comfortable they are) etc., but no one I know is going after Barack. Just tell me who they are…

    Actually, I did get an e-mail yesterday from a rather prominent San Diego anti-war feminist yesterday and was surprised to see that she’s not happy with “either candidate.” When I was supporting Hillary, I was on the wrong end of a few nasty words by some of her friends, so I guess some people will never be happy.

    I don’t know, anyone who would call his wife that word is no feminist in my book. (I would be divorced so fast) Even if it was just an offhand remark - which is what people really think. I agree with Mr. Sotheby, the Clinton’s were targets. But modern usage of the “C” word will ever make it to the mainstream.

    ‘cunt” is a very old English (saxon) word….”cunney”, probably n modern spelling. and the word “cunning” derives from it.
    i think maybe it goes all the way back to the good ol days of pagan matriarchy, & refers to a womans wisdom. And what they thought was the source thereof. visiting one is my way of going to church….but i digress.
    when paganism was overthrown (the “snakes out of Ireland” reference is about that) and the matriarchy was burned out by the morally vacant christers, language is a powerful fire. So an honored term became a curse. its how they work.

    I knew some very radical Seperatists back in Varmint who used the term as an honorific. And were pretty proud of thier cunning……not a world many men get to visit, but there I was…..real eye opener, those cunning wimmin……fierce tribe. love em to bits. good firearm safety students……

    ANYHOW, my previous comment was cut short- I meant to say we dont care, out here in Radioland, if the station pays for anything, we just wanna have some fun, and buy the electronic crew a few rounds…..
