I have no idea how 2 gargantuan photos appeared on this website during the night. Time to poke a stick in my web host’s cage again to see what the hell’s going on. Also working on the lag/delay between posting comments and those comments actually appearing on the website. We all want instant gratification! And now a Three Dot Wednesday special:
Spoke yesterday about the bizarre attraction between big, bad biker boys rallying in Sturgis, South Dakota this week and the cranky crypto-fascist John McCain and this site (http://suzieqq.wordpress.com/2008/08/05/sturgis-sex-alcohol-drugs-bikers-and-john-mccain/) pretty much cuts to the chase. These are not the bad asses of old, but more akin to any group that coalesces around specific products or collectibles, from beanie babies, to refurbished Tonka toys, to, well, Harley’s. Paunchy middle aged Pabst drinkers about as rebellious as bass fishermen: the perfect target for snake oil salesmen like McCain…
I here-tell there’s another missing little white girl! (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/madeleinemccann/2508744/Madeleine-McCann-police-didn’t-reveal-sighting-of-’Maddy’.html) Stop the presses! Recall the reporter from Darfur. Shut down the Baghdad bureau. Send ‘em to Portugal. We got a hot one here…
Just caught a glimpse on CNN of McCain prowling obsessively back and forth across some stage like an aging caged zoo tiger (http://thinkprogress.org/2008/08/05/auto-makers-on-tire-inflation/). Apparently we was on his off-shore-drilling jag again. He even threatened, that when elected, he would force congress to come back from vacation if felt it was important (obviously cooking up another expansion of Executive powers). Apparently the Repugs think this one’s a big winner as it’s reached near mantra status. The backdrop for this, of course, is the stunt being pulled by a handful of Republican congressmen who are grandstanding on capital hill demanding Dems to return from Martha’s Vineyard and the Hamptons to vote to open up drilling on the continental shelf. Who could have imagined a year ago that a de-stabilized Middle East, profit hungry oil companies, rapacious Wall Street speculators, and greedy Saudi sheiks conspiring to jack up gas prices for unemployed Americans would prove to be an election winner….for Republicans??!!
The web site should post comments immediately. Please resume normal bickering! See you on the radio, Stacy!
Comment by Crusty Old Guy — Wednesday, August 6, 2008 @ 8:59 am
I used to make the comment around this time in 2004 when gas prices went sky high early in the year, that the last timegas prices spiked like this, the guy who was prez then didn’t get re-elected. But, this time round, it would be different as we all saw the result. Sure enough, come September of 2004, the prices started dropping a bit and right around election time, the issue completely disappeared only to rear it’s head again within a year. It almost became a non-issue in 2006 as prices seem to stabilize around the same time a year.
People are going to get fooled just as they continue to be fooled. I may not know all that much about Obama. I know as much as I can know, but he ain’t a f***in republican. GOP is bad for bidness.
I have no idea when it was that the outlaw biker suddenly developed conservative views.

HAR! Yes, indeed- the reason me & the Brains of the Outfit dont bother w/ Sturgis, or Laughlin, or (ugh) watch Orange Cty Chopper. the actual criminal element is far more honest & far more sceptical.
meanwhile: Obama’s stock sinks ever lower as he proposes how to “save” Afghanistan…..2 Brigades? Just more funerals. This article spells it out pretty well.

add to this the fact the place is huge, has far more people, is far more primitive……and most every tribe & clan adhere to the notion of blood debt. And the US has a HUGE blood debt to settle, what with all the random civilians we’ve blown up, AND our backing of lunatic warlords. Which is to to be visited upon our soldiers, not the thugs & crackpots calling the shots in DC.
And the Dims, on the defensive. pathetic.
cheer me up, Stace! Did you see Olbermann? the Paris Hilton riposte to McNuts??? HILARIOUS! Didnt know the girl had it in her…..jeez, when even airheaded party girls can chop you off at the knees, its best to turn to shuffleboard full time……HARHAR!

Talking about the pseudo bikers at Sturgis yesterday brought back a couple of bad memories for me. From the nauseatingly-sweet lyrics of REO Speedwagon, to a middle-aged faux-biker gang who calls themselves the Gathering of Eagles from the Washington D.C. area. Last September I went with two aunts, an uncle and a cousin to protest the war in Washington D.C. We went off to a quiet place to have a picnic and these awful people circled us like we were an injured gazelle waiting to be eaten by a tiger. They started by yelling at us. They got in our faces, telling us their kids are over there fighting for our freedom. I was trying to be kind, especially because there was a guy with a missing arm, which he probably lost it in the war. I stood up and said, “We want your kids to come home safely.” This woman got right in my face and started yelling at me. I finally said, “get out of my face.” She kept yelling. I repeated, “get out of my face.” Finally I said, “GET OUT OF MY FACE YOU CIGARETTE SMOKING WHORE!” to which she replied, “I don’t smoke.” Then a moment or two later she realized that I called her a whore, and she bitch-slapped me and the big, bad biker gang pulled her away very quickly. I was so stunned I wouldn’t have been able to hit her back anyway, although I think I lunged at her – it’s kind of a blur. To add insult to injury our very own illustrious Congressman, Duncan Hunter was with them! They’re awful people. Stay away from anyone who considers himself or herself a member of the Gathering of Eagles.

Motorcycle riders come in all shapes and sizes. All Hsorts of tastes. This whole Sturgis thing is strange to me but and the guys a race with. We like Harley’s but hate choppers for the most part. I own 3 bikes at the present time. A Yamaha TT500 flatrrack racer that a race locally. A Yamaha/ Mule cycles custom built xs 650 Yamaha streeracker that was in Cycle world in May in their hullagan’s issue and a one of a kind Super xr 1200 Sundance powered ( only engine like it in the USA ) Harley streetracker. I don’t go for the phoey biker look crowd nor their druken behaviour however I do hang out with the local Booze fighters from time to time. I live next to them and they are nice guys. They like my bikes so we have that in common. As far as Mc Cain’s Sturges stunt?……..Yawn Yawn Yawn. The big deal you guys are making over it falls along the same lines as the stupid ass big deal the righties are making about the Obama air pressure in the tires deal..Both are NON issues and those who make a big issue oever them and twist them out of shape with thier spin are short sighted and childish and just trying to convince people that are not going to vote anyway to get all excited over NOTHING!!!. However I did go and get my tires rotated and the air pressure adjusted as he sudgested. Good idea. Why not be CONSERVITIVE like Obama sudgested. Aftr all I am a conservative as you know….on most issues at least.

In reference to Mariachi guilt, consider the word ‘guilt’, at least for one etymological dictionary, is related to the word ‘wild’. If this is true then one would only be guilt-free if one had no impulse to the wilderness. That is to say the politically correct are constantly manipulating messages as to what is considered appropriate until one is stultified and stifled.
Not to argue that all forms of the wily and wild are acceptable-—but when it comes to the man with the sign asking for money consider that you need not involve the ego.
For the most part it seems we do things for selfish reasons-—even if we are not aware of it—-but the fact is that most of our actions are calculated. Consider that I am walking down a street in my neighborhood and I end up following the likes of Barby doll Paris Hilton. When my mind is now reeling on the exquisite nature of her lanky legs and suave ass and suddenly I’m accosted by a beggar asking for a dollar. I quickly flip him a quarter and return to my preoccupation of letting my hormones pump as I try to catch up to her celebrated celebness swinging back and forth.
Well why did I give the man anything. 1) He is in my neighborhood and he might be more desperate tomorrow–I would hate to be robbed of my wallet. 2) By human nature I have a capacity to empathize and sympathize—-so I imagine what he might be suffering although my imagination maybe off base. 3) I can afford to spare a quarter but I have other financial obligations so I give sparingly. 4) I’m preoccupied and do not want my narrow vision focus changed. 5) I do not want to deal with a moral questioning session as to what kind of a person I am. Therefore a quarter or whatever is all pretty much calculated to manipulate my own feelings-—because I can imagine that if he feels better then so will I–even if I did not think all these things out consciously.
But when it comes to Mariachi bands in eating establishments they are basically coming into your space with the goal of gaining some renumeration. Well then remember that they are being the aggressor and you ought have some options-—such as asking for privacy. But also ask yourself if the restaurant is charging an excessive amount of money for what they serve. Also consider if you knew ahead of time if the scenario was to be expected. And thirdly engage the band members in a conversation about their real selves because they are probably just as tired of playing caricature. And if you can afford it-—trickle down the economy a bit.
But getting back to the homeless vet or the young runaway on the street-—realize that begging is one of the toughest jobs there is to be good at it. Beggars put in there time and go through a lot of ritualize performance. Most are bad at what they do. But the fact is they are working too.
Do let the ego worry if the beggar “gets over” and spends your contribution in an imprudent way–or doesn’t follow the dictates of the established order. Don’t get judgmental. Being judgmental is a Western and rationalist hang-up.
Follow the middle road of the Buddha. Go with your feelings. If you feel like being uptight well then be so. If you feel like being generous do so. No need to be dogmatic or rigid. Live in the moment. Cest la vie.

Hey Goodgolly and proud2bliberal, the police were there and watched the whole thing. I was pretty stunned and didn’t even notice them, but from what I heard from other folks, the police said we started it and they said the same thing with other incidents – and there were many. There was a guy, mourning his son who had a coffin on wheels with a flag draped over it and a picture of his son and his son’s boots on top. The Gathering of Pigeons beat him up. And of course, the mourning father was the instigator - and Duncan didn’t miss a bit of the beating. In fact, I think he enjoyed it a little too much. Nothing like respect for a father in mourning. Of course, we saw the same thing with Cindy Sheehan.
I am behind Mike Lumpkin 100 percent! He’s awesome. I am one of his many volunteers. I’m even leaving my dog to him in my will, (with his permission, of course) that’s how much I like the guy. I wish I had money, I would give him the max. But, even in June, at election central I was getting tired of being pushed around and hit on the head with Duncan Hunter signs and I finally had to turn around and tell a guy that if he hit me again I was going to have him arrested.
With this story, I was also kind of backing up what Stacy said about the pseudo bikers at Sturgis supporting Grandpa Munster. There was a time when bikers would have thrown beer bottles at a guy like that. I miss the old outlaw biker days.
Comment by Lorelei — Friday, August 8, 2008 @ 9:46 am
When you speak of McCain pacing back and forth in a state of truculence on the stage at Sturgis he sounds like the Norse Thor as opposed to the high god Odin.
Thor had angry easily and engaged in macho activities but being not particularly bright he got fooled easily. He just doesn’t have the wisdom of Odin to be the high leader.
I would not consider it a complement to be called queen of the buffalo chip if I were his wife—-McCain sounds like a diplomatic embarrassment.
But you should not be perplexed on how the right is still holding this election at bay—they obviously studied how Hitler’s regime used negative campaigning to win an election. These people are closer to the Reich than what might meet the eye—including the neocon fascist mouthpieces in the media. For example x-red William Kristol is still a lot like the Bolsheviks of Russia.

Cheating on the sick wife and lying about it for months now. I suppose this means he will not be Obama’s running mate as many had hoped for. And what of his poor gravly ill wife that was all the talk last fall and how he was standing beside he in her time of great need etc etc etc……..sad stuff folks. Need I remind you of your religious-right nutbars? Hmmmm….let’s see Ted Haggard, Mark Fowley, Don Sherwood, Robert Livingston, David Vitter, Ken Calvert, George H.W Bush, George W. Bush and let’s not forget Larry Craig. I’m really tired of the moral Hypocrisy of the so-called family values crowd. Many of these I mention cheated on their wives with men (or in the case of Craig, he tried to and probably had been successful at other times). NOW BE A GOOD CHRISTIAN AND GO READ YOUR BIBLE.

You should check out the interview on “Nightline” and see a flawed human being “Like all of us” make the case that all the pundents or critics need to get a meaningfull life. You all have cramps in your hamstrings from jumping to conclusions and find out what his story really is. I, like many of you were disapointed at learning this news and wanted to know more of the story and after watching his inteview on”Nightline”‘ came away satisfied he answered all the questions like a man even with the badgering of the host asking inane questions.I’d still take a fidelity flawed Edwards to all the LYING SACKS OF SHIT that now occupy the White House. I am sick of the one sided aprach your side takes as well. Yesa lets pretend your side is spotless just because they are not religous? FYI Edwards is a born again Christian. Or do you just single out the CHristians for you biggoty and hate?…it really not very PC of you to do this you know. Especially when all of your Precious party leaders are Christians. And now for Obama’s phoney Christian stunts? Big time Church goer until he has to throw his manaic Pastor Wright under the bus so that he could survive politically. What a cheap ass stunt. First he goes to Church there for 20 years and now runs like hell from the guy and acts like he didn’t know what the guy was all about? You don’t see the hypocracy in that ? If you can’t then you are simply stuffing your head in the sand. The Christian world can certainly see it. It the talk of the town on Christian radio stations. as has been for some time. Talk about a party that has a lot of what you call religous hypocrates? Look now further than the Democratic Party my friends. If you care to take off the rose colored glasses you will see what I am saying is true.

No , he only pimped himself as a faithful, loving devoted to his wife guy. ( which is actually what I would consider a family value along with most of the world, you people are so hung up on this ” family values” phrase it’s amazing. I call what you have ” term phobia” If you don’t like the people that coined the term then you rebel at what it stands for even if it is something you actally believe in and pratice in your daily lives.) He was lying through his teeth to us all. Boldly denying for months what was in fact true all the time. Yea that’s the kind of liar we can all love and defend right? But that’s fine. Lying is ok in this case. No problem at all. It was just a little white lye about his personal behavior and his old hag wife so give it all a pass and call it Boob bait and sweep it under the rug and dismiss it as meaningless. I t’s exactly the responce I knew you folks would give. You are so freaking predictable….and so entertaing in it.

Gabe, Dear. Referring to post #23: OMG…you were almost nice. I knew you had a human core in there somewhere.
Ok, let’s attack this from another angle.
Nobody’s sex life is any of my business, whether they are a public figure or not, conservative or liberal. Hell, I can barely concentrate on my own sex life. If Edward’s affair is any type of competition in your mind for any of the scandals I listed in post #12, then we must agree to disagree. I do feel sorry for the Edward’s family. I also feel sorry for the Craig and Spitzer families, and all those families with public sexual scandals. My privacy is precious.
As far as false impressions of the conservative right and this administration in particular…for the past 8 years my human rights (and yours) have been shredded along with the U.S. Constitution that I personally hold dear. Not only do they threaten my freedom, they are grabbing as much of my money as they can. I am angry about that. Aren’t you?
As far as being brainwashed about conservatism, let’s take a peek at who’s got all the soap and water. Please explain to me why I should find the right wing anything other than greedy and mean? Again, I refer to post #12. And type slow so you don’t communicate things like: “I was awesome.” (last line post #23) I think many people on this site would disagree.

And i am supposed to want MORE Dims in power? Why?
Comment by mutt — Monday, August 11, 2008 @ 8:31 am
I’ll tell you why Mutt. You should want more of us in power because at the very least we would have the checks and balances we haven’t had for the past 7-1/2 years while the republicans ran roughshod over our constitution. While we have a majority of democrats in congress (for the past two years), what we need is a super majority, especially if McSame wins the presidential election. However, if the white wrinkly dude wins, we can probably kiss the supreme court goodbye for a long, long time anyway.
Electing democrats is also our best chance of ending the war. Let’s not forget that.
Comment by Lorelei — Monday, August 11, 2008 @ 8:50 am
Right. Checks and balances…..fact is, they have shown to have little problem with governmental usurption of the Constitution, before or now.
SAVAGE violations of the Constitution, up to & including war crimes/crimes against humanity- were swept under the Rug by Dems after Viet Nam, the 80’s butchery in Central America, and now.
Yours is the Party of Pelosi, and her crew.
Sellouts, because they dont object to any of the theory behind these wars & expansion of State power, they want it for thier own selves.
a sane person wants a divided Government. Id rather a weak, incompetant, exposure of the Repubs: Mcnuts as pres, or dont you trust a Dim majority in the Senate to vote DOWN bad judges?
Does Chuckie Schumer & Difi voting IN Mukasey ring any bells here? Im supposed to look at THAT & pray for more??
No thanks. The Dims are the tweedledee to the Rupubs Tweedledumb.
So, other than prove you dont trust a Dim senate to keep bad judges off the bench, what other reasons do you have? The War? The Dims want to up the deathrate in Afghanistan. Iraq? The Iraqis are makin it plain & public they want us out. Tey are doing more than the Dims have managed. Well get out McNuts or Ob. machts nichts.
Dont trust a Party, Lorelei. Parties exist to aggrandize THEMSELVES, not the country as a whole. Which is why Washington warned against thier forming.
I may have to hold my nose & vote for the less evil, on occaision- hell, most of the time- but I dont get carried away on….pink, fluffy, happy hour clouds of Margaritas as seeing them as public servants……..

tut, tut. “Disillusion” is a very powerful word. And a good one.
Whom do illusions benefit? Certainly not the deluded, but the ones doing the deluding. May I introduce Pelosi, Hoyer, Reid.
Nothing in my missives suggest you hide under your bed, rather, dont be taken in by Dim bullshit. Demand answers. Stick your boot up thier ass. Be a sceptic. See them as an obstacle that needs to be taken over/coopted.
they are, by & large, willing acomplices. I registered as a Rep years ago with some notion I would find rational Constitutionalists. When I realized the Republican Party was HOPELESSLY corrupt, and completely under the thumb of bible quoting crackpots, …..well, you saw me at the Dem club, no?
i was polite, & had fun. I certainly do not dismiss or discount your work & passion as a precint rep, & a Party apparatchik. Good for you, you are DOING something.
Just dont look at the Party thru a soft focus lens. A lot of them are swimming in blood.
And,to the point, there are individuals WITHIN the Dems that are deserving of serious support- like Mike Lumpkin.
i dont see him as a Democrat, I see HIM as a serious citizen, unbought and unbossed. (tho my heart sank at that pic of him w/ the Hilbat……so persuasive are Mikes office staff they convinced me that wasnt a death kiss….but I digress) Like another favourite dem, Shirley Chisolm. Now THEREs a woman woulda made a king hell prez.
Dont let the Party get away with lying, Lorelei. Make em prove it. Move heaven & earth to get Difi the hell outta office, to be replaced with someone with a notion of right & wrong. Dem, Rep, I dont care, really.
Im tryin to save you a bad burn…….

I have not been denied doig anything that I was doing before 911 or Bush. Nor have I been forced to doing anything differenty except have my person and bags checked in a better manner at Airports. Other than that is is business as usual for me.

“Nobody’s sex life is any of my business, whether they are a public figure or not, conservative or liberal. Hell, I can barely concentrate on my own sex life. If Edward’s affair is any type of competition in your mind for any of the scandals I listed in post #12, then we must agree to disagree.”
Ok Rita. We will probaly continue to disagreee but we can still discuss it like adults right? At least I see now that you can without making a bunch of personal name calling attacks just because we don’t see eye to eye. I commend you on this point.
So it’s ture that a persons sex like is their own business( at least we see it that way in our modern society, some societies don’t agree with this attitude, Take Islam for example) but at the same time how a person handles their personal life when they are in public politics dues in fact matter IMO because it tells us something about their inner thinking and overall integrity. If it didn’t matter none of these so called personal scandels wold ever make the news. Think about it for a while. Such as this notion that Bush is drunk all the time. It’s utter nonsense but Spike spends tons of time babbling on about it anyway. It’s a waste of the air time IMO.
Anyway back toe edwards and his personal problem at home. The biggist problem is this. THE LYING ABOUT IT ALL…….if it was no big deal that he had sex with this gal etc etc etc. then why not just admit it and treat it like it was no big deal when he was first accused of it? Instead he lied abou it and blamed the paper that found it out and tried to impune them ( not that they need much help on that one). Had this event REALLY been no big deal he would have said ” So what, I have been having an afair, BFD !!) But that is not what did because he got caught doing something that we all know is wrong and then the the “lying” Does it really matter what he was lying about? He held onto this lying ffor several months until he had to come clean in the end. Now he wants us to believe that he is not the Father of the baby? I gues I should just swallow that one also.
So he has lost a LOT of credibility with this stunt IMO. I feel sorry for the guy even though I don’t agree with all of his political positions. I really feel bad for his family and how they have been pyblicly humilated by this and especiall his wife. She must want to craw under her sick bed about now and just go ahead and die. You would think that knowing the consiquinses of his actions Edwards would have been a lot ore carefull with his” Willie” and not done all of this. I am sure he wishes that now. The point is none us us are beyond a mistake like this so I feel for the guy knowing that I could benext etc. But at the same time we reap what we sow and your sin will find you out and now Edwards , due to his actions is finished in public life. I pray that he can find a way to put his family life back in order now and move on from this. He seems like a really nice guy at heart and I like him as a person from what I have seen. I hope his wife can forgive him and be OK in the end.

Gabe, thanks for the commendation. That and a quarter will buy me a gumball so I can chew over the rest of your post.
I don’t think it’s fair to compare one’s personal life to one’s public life.
I have told lies. I have done good things. Absolutely sure those two statements describe everyone. Everyone evolves throughout their time on this planet. We evolve physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Fact, Fact, Fact, Fact, Fact.
I believe in fundamental good and evil. You, Me, Edwards, Stacy: Good! Bush, Cheney, et al: EVIL.
Let’s we move on to what’s really important now, like just getting through today. I’m gonna try to make everyone I come into contact with smile today. What’s your goal for today?
Now let’s talk about the erosion of our constitution. Erosion happens slowly over time. Often, by the time we notice the erosion, it’s too late and the area that’s been diminished, and surrounding areas as well, are destroyed. Just because you haven’t been inconvenienced yet doesn’t mean it can’t happen in the future.
Way too early in the morning to continue this heavy topic. Must have more coffee and another cig.
Comment by Rita in Mission Beach — Tuesday, August 12, 2008 @ 6:18 am
Lorelei: I would draw your attention to both Sullivan & TPM today, which covers Mark Penns work on behalf of HRC, obviously with HRC’s complete approval.
Why would I want people who consider Penn someone worth not only listening to, but allowing to actually RUN a campaign in power?
If Dipfish was a key HRC apparatchik, it would give you serious pause (i hope)- the moral/intellectual equivalent -well, Penn is probably “smarter” in someways- of Dipfish was a key architect of the thankfully cratered HRC campaign.
its one thing to see these people as (perhaps) a lesser evil, something else entirely seeing them as allies, or forces for useful governance.

You are too nice, luv. But it suits you. Like bar stools, strong coffee, and that morning cig…. Theres a third group: useful idiots. Servants & pimps of evil, who are themselves powerless.
Not being bright enough to work thier own evil, but getting off on the evil of others. Pace Dipfish, & his legions of thuggish, dimwit clones.
Evil, but of a very unoriginal variety. i think you need to understand this.
As dangerous as a Cheney? Of course not. But walking, talking arguments for the 2nd Amendment……

There is actually a lot I do get lorelei. Like Bush will be out of of office soon enough thankfully and this hysteria that the left seems to have with the perception that their rights have been severed will be over. I am quie sick of hearing the furver about. When Obama is at the wheel I bet you a million bucks that the same cry will come from the far right about the constitution and rights etc. You watch and see. In the meen time like I have been saying I am allowed to do as I please and have had absoluting no restrictions put on me or my behaviour or travels etc. If you have had such things actually happen to you please list the examples for me. I would really like to hear about these horrible abuses that are talked about. That goes for the rest of you here also. Please explain to me just how your civil rights have been removed, curtained etc. I have not seen it yet. I am looking for just one example. So far I have not heard of one specific instance from anyone. Only a lot of hand waving and lamenting about it. NO EVIDENCE YET.

All I’m saying is with everything going on in this country nobody with any sort of measurable intellect really cares what someone no longer in politics is doing right now. If Edwards was the nominee it would be different and I would be extremely pissed as it would blow(not that way)our chances in November. Thank Science Obama is a veritable choirboy compared to this. But hey if you want to keep dicussing meaningless bullshit there Gabey by all means, don’t let me stop you. Perhaps Professor Dumbmutt can dig these examples up and post them here so we can see some actual evidence rather than just a lot of hot air. And you agree now that neither mine nor your rights have been infringed at all….thanjs’s for at least admitting that….so far. It really is a false hysteria. You will see that when Obama is President the left will look at all of these matter s as OK since their men is is charge. Wait and see.

After reading all 68 comments made from the last two posts I’ve come to the conclusion that we’ve become too obsessed with the minutia of where we find ourselves in the big picture. We pretty much know where things went wrong and now find ourselves wondering, Is there a solution? beats me! I have tried doing that Rita and you will notice that all I get in return is name alling and insuts cast my way so now what I do is this. If a person is respectfull and wants to discuss something I am all for it and civil with them. If they continue to cast insults and call names then I simply return the favor. Like Mutt for instance. He can’t even address me directly in the first place. I’
m always refered to in the 3rd person with an insulting name. So what I do is this. I return the fire in like manner to try and point out how pethetic that sort of behavior is. So far he does not get it and continues in his childness nasty ways. What am I suppossed to do ? Force the man that won’t use his actual name to be civil with me? He clearly can’t let of what ever his problem wit me is..So I contunue being just as ugly to him as he is to me. Enough about the Mutt now.
In the mean time I think that so far I have be nice to you and called you by your name etc and tried to answer your questions. I don’t petend to agree with a lot of what you guys say here but the last time I looked that was not a crime . However that is the toneof the day on blogs and talk shows. I reliezed this. Ranting and making personal insuts and name calling are nearly constant. Stacy is an expert in it as well as many of his callers so it really does not hurt my feeling in anyway nor is it going to effect my opinion on matters. I too am an American with all he free speach rights that the rest of you have along with ONE vote. I am your countryman as well. I almost never have endorsed this Bush admisitartion but it is usually ssumed around here that I do simply because I disagree with you folks on lots of issues. The tow do not equate as one in the same.
So when I get a few minutes later I will address in detail one of your posts here that intrests me a lot. In the mean time sorry to hear that the drunks are making a mess of your place and your business. Unfortunatly you area of town has a big problem with this sort of stuff. Sorry you had you things damaged.
I am I am not ” so mad at you folks” I just enjoy disgareeing with people and discussing things. I percieve the people here as being very angry with me. Perhaps it’s a perception problem on both sides.I am concerned for our country of coarse. That is why I will be really glad when Bush is gone. It can only get better from here on. Rita. I am very nice when I am treated decently. I run a very successful business here in town with tons of happy customers and have achieved it all with my personality and integrity in my work and business pratices. So I do know how to get along OK? How about I come by your place in MB and say his sometime and you will see I am actually a very nice guy.
